Terms of service

At checkout all customers must agree to our terms and conditions before completing their transaction. 

Before placing an order with us we highly suggest you email us with any questions you may have first. Most questions can be answered by reading through all of our policies. At this time, we only accept orders through our website. We do not accept any cash in hand nor orders through DM *unless stated otherwise by our CEO *. Bossed Up Studios does not fulfill any same day or late orders. Please be mindful of ordering ahead of time for an order you need by a specific date. We suggest all orders that need to be done by a certain date to be ordered AT LEAST 1-2 weeks in advance. We are not responsible for any errors in custom addresses on their orders. If you entered any information incorrectly on your order you have up to 12 hours to email us about the issue. That way we have time to correct any incorrect information before fulfilling your order. Any orders we receive that are medium to high risk of fraud we will immediately cancel.
